Oddly enough this English pub has very little English inside. A good mix of patrons consisting of Thais and farang make this place a good spot for a beer and grub. Witch's Tavern hosts a great cover band playing mostly classics which will bore the more affluent drinker. Best selection of beers in the area including the Irish favorites. Wednesday's is ladies night with free basics between 5pm-9pm (i.e. Chang draft, rum, gin, vodka and whiskey) and draws a nice crowd of freeloading women and men looking to meet them. Nice place to meet friends to start the night, eat and watch the game.
- Tunage: great live band playing nice versions of classics...ideal for the 30+ crowd
- Dance Floor: no but occasionally a few customers engage in some high energy partner tossing
- Cocktails: good selection of cocktails that are well made
- Drinks: the only bottles you'll wanna buy here are beer or Bacardi...I'd stick to draft
- Price: moderate
- Location: Thonglor between Soi 8 and 10
- Seating: standard Irish pub seating holds a few hundred on 2 floors
- Ambiance: not your typical Irish pub feel but a nice pub nonetheless
- Pickup: quite possible especially on ladies night
- Overall: nice pub to watch the game and meet friends but appeals to a mostly 30+ crowd except for some younger women

Not just for old farts anymore!
You really know the area. Witches Tavern is is highly recommend. One of the oldest pub on Thonglor. They've changed a lot lately and that makes the place is not so Irish any longer. The music used to be better but since they allowed some drinkers stand up karaoke, the place seems to lost their charms.
