Rules of Engagement

Recently my team ran into some grey areas when encountering females at the bar. The most prominent of which is when and how to determine exclusivity of a Bombing Target (i.e. who claims rights to the hot girl). Here are the unofficial rules of engagement:


1) If two or more crew members have entered into competition by selecting a common BT, a Flight Leader (FL) is determined:

a) By having each challenger share his Level of Interest (LoI) with the crew to determine if it is possible to elect the FL and refocus all other challenger's interest on alternate unchallenged BTs;

b) By officially registering a challenger's interest beyond remote flirtation with the first successfully reciprocated verbal or physical contact;

2) A sanctioned FL is granted exclusivity for the duration of the mission; and, all remaining challengers must immediately assume the role of Wingman (WM) fully supporting the FL;

3) At the discretion of the FL, a selected WM may forfeit his duty (i.e. distracting any Cock Blockers (CBs)) and engage with the BT for the purpose of establishing the FL's dominance and image using lines like "Rick is a fantastic listener", "He's the only guy I know that is really in touch with his emotions" and "He doesn't like to say this but he loves to cuddle";

4) Under no circumstances should a WM ever convey interest in the BT, and must in good faith support the FL however possible with his own ambitions kept aside;

5) If the FL is experiencing combat fire during the mission and cannot adequately focus on the BT he may ask the WM to perform certain duties such as number extraction. The WM must however make it very clear that this information is to be used solely by the FL and must not mislead the BT into thinking he is challenging the FL;

6) A FL must forfeit his right to exclusivity to any previous BTs if at any time he has successfully registered interest in another mission with an alternate BT as defined in (1);

7) If after a period of 24 hours the FL is unable to complete his mission he forfeits his right of exclusivity, and at the discretion of his WM re-opens the competition to challengers.


This should provide a reasonable starting point for a fair and clean competition. Stick with it and the sacrifice you make as a Wingman will be richly rewarded when you become Flight Leader. If you wanna make it more interesting you can grant the FL with exclusive rights if a Wingman fails to comply with the rules above. For example, you may grant the Flight Leader one solid open hand slap on any fleshy part of the Wingman's body for any infraction or better yet give the Flight Leader the right to Cock Block for one opportunity of their choosing. Whatever you decide, Thailand is confusing at the best of times, so try to have a clearly articulated engagement strategy for your crew.
